We know that things can come up unexpectedly and it is not a problem to cancel or reschedule a lesson last minute. However, if the cancellation or rescheduling is within 24 hours of the lesson or you miss it altogether, it will be counted towards your total.
🤔 Why does Talaera have a 24-hour cancellation policy?
This is our way of helping our teachers organize their schedules. They work hard to prepare the lessons for you and we truly value their time. So we think it is important that they still get paid when there is a last-minute cancelation.
🙏Exceptions
Unfortunately, we are not able to make exceptions to this policy. If you are interested in adding more sessions to your Talaera package, please reach out to your company's HR department. If you have any questions, please contact us at scheduling@talaera.com.
