Talaera has a non-attendance policy where missed sessions are still counted towards the total. You can, however, make all the changes you need within 24 hours prior to your lesson.

We understand that unexpected things can come up, but this is a way of also showing teachers we appreciate their valuable time.


Unfortunately, we are not able to make exceptions to this policy. If you are interested in adding more sessions to your Talaera package, please reach out to your company's HR department. If you have any questions, please contact us at scheduling@talaera.com.
