🚩Important: Talaera has a 24-hour cancelation policy. This means you will need to reschedule your session with more than 24 hours' notice or you will still be charged for that session. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at scheduling@talaera.com.
If you need to cancel your session, follow the steps below:
1) Log into the Talaera app at https://app.talaera.com/ using your email address and password;
2) On your dashboard, find the session you want to cancel under the section “Upcoming Sessions” and click, CANCEL SESSION;
3) Type your reason for canceling in the box provided and then click, OK. Alternatively, click NO THANKS.
💡 Remember: You can always reschedule your session for a different time, but it should be done at least 24 hours in advance.
