Important 🚩: Talaera has a 24-hour cancelation policy. This means you will need to reschedule your session with more than 24 hours' notice or you will still be charged for that session. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at scheduling@talaera.com.
To reschedule your session, follow the steps below:
1) Log in to the Talaera app at https://app.talaera.com/ using your email address and password;
2) Find the session you want to reschedule under the section “Upcoming Sessions” on the homepage and click "RESCHEDULE";
3) Choose a new time from your teacher’s calendar and click RESCHEDULE in the bottom right-hand corner.
💡TIP: If you cannot find an available time that works for you, feel free to email scheduling@talaera.com and we’ll assist you.
