If you would like to test your audio, video, or overall connection before your next session, you can run a connection test anytime.
🗺️Where Can I Run a Connection Test?
To find the test, navigate to your Settings page (click on the gear⚙️) then click on the blue button that says "Test Connection".
🔊How Can I See the Test Results?
After you run the connection test, click the Details button to see the details of your internet connection.
💡TIP: If you receive a message saying that audio, video, or both are not supported, no need to panic- you can still enter your session. If you do experience issues after entering, you can also switch to Zoom.
