Connection Issues 🌐

What can I do if I'm having connection issues?

If your connection test shows low bandwidth

It usually means your internet speed or signal isn’t strong enough for video sessions. You can review Talaera’s technical requirements for guidance.

đŸ–„ïž Using a computer (recommended)

For the best experience, we suggest joining sessions from a desktop or laptop.

  • If possible, connect your device directly to the router with an ethernet cable

  • If you’re on Wi-Fi, try moving closer to the router

  • If you’re in an office or shared space, keep in mind that multiple users can affect connection quality

đŸ“± Using a phone or tablet

The platform isn’t fully supported on mobile devices yet.

If you need to join from your phone or tablet, just let us know at scheduling@talaera.com in advance (or inform your teacher), and we can switch your session to Zoom for a smoother experience.

💡 A few extra tips

  • Too many devices connected to the same network can slow things down

  • If issues persist, it may help to contact your internet provider or your company’s IT team

👍 Quick tip

If you see a message saying audio or video isn’t supported — don’t worry!

You can still join the session. If anything doesn’t work properly, you can always switch to Zoom.
