If you’re having trouble joining your session, here are a few things to check:
1. Check the Start Time
- The Join Now button turns from gray to blue 5 minutes before your session starts. 
- If it’s not yet blue, you may be trying to join too early. Please check the time and try again closer to the start. 
2. Ensure You're Using the Correct Time Zone
- Double-check the session time in your calendar or confirmation email. 
- Make sure your device is set to the correct time zone. 
3. Troubleshooting After the Session Has Started
- If the Join Now button is blue and still not working, it may be a network or firewall issue. 
- Ensure you’re using a stable internet connection and try switching to a different network if possible.

- If you're still unable to join, please click on the blue chat icon and we’ll connect you to an agent who can help troubleshoot or switch the session to Zoom.
