During your 1:1 coaching sessions, you and your coach will often use the Shared Workspace.
What is the Shared Workspace?
The Shared Workspace is a collaborative space where you can write, edit, and practice communication together in real time. It helps make sessions more interactive and allows your coach to give immediate feedback.
You can add pictures, copy and paste texts, highlight words, and so much more!
What is the Shared Workspace used for?
Your coach may use the Shared Workspace to help you:
rewrite emails or messages
practice phrasing ideas more clearly
prepare presentations or meeting contributions
correct grammar, tone, or structure
organize your thoughts before speaking
Because both you and your coach can edit the workspace at the same time, it becomes a practical place to work through real communication situations together.
What you can do in the workspace
You can actively participate by:
typing ideas or examples
rewriting sentences together with your coach
practicing vocabulary or phrasing
taking notes during the session
Many learners find it helpful to bring real examples from work to practice directly in the workspace.
Where to find your notes after the session
All of the shared working space notes will save automatically for you to access anytime after your session. There are two ways to access the notes.
Option 1:
Go to your Dashboard
Scroll down to view "Homework & Feedback"
Find the session you are looking for and click on "View Homework & Feedback"
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to see your "Shared Workspace Notes"
Option 2:
Go to your My Progress page;
