1) Locate the blue Chat Icon: On the Talaera platform, look for a blue chat bubble icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This is your direct line to our support team;
2) Start a Conversation: After clicking the chat icon, a window will pop up. Select “Send Us A Message” to begin;
3) Ask Your Question: Type your question or explain the issue you're experiencing, and click "Send." Our team will respond quickly to help resolve the problem.
