If you're having trouble logging into the Talaera platform, try these simple steps to resolve the problem:
#1 Check Your Username
Your username is the email associated with your account. If you have multiple email addresses (i.e. for work and personal use), please be sure you are using the one you originally used to register your account.
#2 Check for Spaces
Double check that there are no extra spaces in the email or password fields
#3 Reset Your Password
Click here to reset your password anytime. Once you've clicked Reset Password, be sure to check your email (including your SPAM) for the link to complete the reset.
#4 Check Your Location
If you are logging in from China, please check out these tips.
#5 Check Your Device
Be sure you are logging in from a desktop or laptop computer. The platform does not currently support mobile devices.
