If you're having trouble logging into the Talaera platform, try these simple steps to resolve the problem:
1. Double-check your email
Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with (especially if you have both work and personal emails).
2. Watch out for extra spaces
A small space before or after your email or password can cause issues — it happens more often than you’d think 🙂
3. Reset your password
You can reset it anytime using the Reset Password option. Don’t forget to check your inbox (and Spam folder) for the reset link.
4. Logging in from China?
Access can be a bit tricky — check our tips to help you connect smoothly.
5. Use a computer
For now, the platform works best on desktop or laptop (mobile isn’t fully supported yet).
