How can I take my session from China? What if I can't log in from China?

If you are joining Talaera sessions from China, you may occasionally experience connection issues due to network restrictions.

Following the recommendations below will help ensure the most stable experience.

If you will be taking sessions from China regularly, please inform the Talaera team in advance.

Use a computer

Join your session from a desktop computer or laptop.

Avoid phones and tablets, as they may not provide a stable connection for Talaera sessions.

Use a supported browser

For the best experience, use one of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Safari

Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version.

Use a stable network

For the most reliable connection:

  • connect from a stable office or home network

  • avoid public Wi-Fi when possible

  • close other applications using large amounts of internet bandwidth

If you experience connection issues

If you cannot connect to the Talaera platform or experience unstable sessions, contact the Talaera team: scheduling@talaera.com

In some cases, your sessions can be moved to Zoom to ensure you can continue your training without interruption.
