How can I invite a new learner?

If you would like to invite new learners to begin a Talaera course, please take the following steps:

  1. From https://app.talaera.com/teams, navigate to the Company Dashboard tab

  2. On the left sidebar, click to open the team you would like to add a learner to

  3. Click the blue Add Team Member button

  4. Input the team member's information

  5. Input the number of credits you would like to allocate for them (if you need to add more credits first, just leave this blank and contact your account manager or accounts@talaera.com)

  6. 🚩IMPORTANT: Only tick the Team Manager box if you are inviting a team manager who is not a learner. Otherwise, leave this box blank.

  7. Click Invite Member

  8. View invited learners under Team Members/Invited & Onboarding
