On occasion, you might find yourself in a session where the student does not show up. What should you do in this situation?
Should I inform the team?
The scheduling team will be notified if the student misses a session on the Talaera Platform so there is no need to reach out if this happens.
What if it's a Zoom session?
For sessions that do not take place on the Talaera platform, it would be greatly appreciated if you could let us know if the student doesn't show up.
What if it's a Meet Your Teacher Session?
If the student hasn't shown up for an assessment session, you only need to wait for 45 minutes.
