It is created with your coach and helps guide your sessions toward the communication skills that matter most in your work.
Where to find your Learning Plan
You can access your Learning Plan directly from your Talaera dashboard.
Log in to https://app.talaera.com
Go to Account Settings (click on your name in the top-right corner)
Look for the Learning Plan section
This section provides a visual overview of your sessions and progress.
When will your Learning Plan be available?
Your coach will submit your personalized learning plan within 24 hours after your first session. You will receive an email letting you know once it's ready.
What your Learning Plan includes
Your Learning Plan contains several pieces of information about your program.
Overview
The Current Plan shows the main focus of your coaching program (e.g. Speaking in Meetings, or Presentation Skills). This focus helps guide the topics you work on during your sessions.
Program Timeline: Your Learning Plan also shows important program details such as your Start Date (when your coaching program begins), Target Date (when your program is expected to end), Frequency (how many sessions per week typically take place).
Primary Teacher is the coach guiding your sessions.
Lessons: Here you can see the number of sessions your coach recommends, the number of sessions you have completed, and the number of sessions you have available.
Learning Outcomes
The Learning Outcomes section lists the communication skills you are working to improve. These outcomes help keep your coaching focused on practical workplace communication.
For example, you might focus on:
writing emails that are friendly but concise
adjusting tone and formality in different situations
communicating clearly and professionally
expanding your vocabulary for workplace communication
Plan Overview
The Plan Overview explains the strategy for your coaching program. This overview helps ensure your coaching sessions are aligned with your professional needs.
Your coach may summarize:
your current strengths in English
areas where you want to improve
communication situations you face at work
the goals you will work toward during your sessions
How to use your Learning Plan
Your Learning Plan is designed to help you stay focused and track your progress.
You can use it to:
review the communication skills you're developing
monitor how many sessions you have completed
stay aligned with the goals discussed with your coach
Many learners revisit their Learning Plan periodically to reflect on their progress.
