The Talaera English Speaking Club is a space where learners can practice their spoken English in interactive group sessions, receive feedback from an instructor, and build confidence in a welcoming environment. These live sessions bring together professionals from around the world to improve their communication skills in a fun and engaging way.

Q: How much does the Speaking Club cost?
A: Right now, it’s included for all our learners currently learning 1:1 with an instructor, taking a group course or workshop, or with e-learning licenses. In all those cases, it’s 100% free. You can also purchase single licenses for individuals or get packages for larger teams. Contact us for more information or talk to your Account Manager.
Q: Can graduated learners join?
A: Yes! When a learner completes their 1:1 or group lessons, you can purchase a discounted license for them to continue joining the Speaking Club sessions and accessing all our e-learning courses. Reply to this email if you’d like to know more.
Q: Can I get Speaking Club licenses for learners who are not in any programs?
A: Absolutely! Contact us for more information or talk to your Account Manager.
Q: How long are the sessions?
A: Each session is 60 minutes.
Q: Where do sessions take place?
Our English Speaking Club takes place on Zoom.
Q: What topics are covered in these sessions?
A: We combine professional topics like handling interruptions in meetings or making your point with clarity with lighter topics like discussing food and work culture or traveling. All of it is infused with cultural insights and debates that help participants expand their cultural IQ and exchange information that will help them more capable in an international business environment.
Q: Can learners sign up on their own?
A: For sure! Many of our learners use their tuition reimbursement budgets to improve their business English and culture skills with us. They can use this link to sign up on their own.
Q: Can I attend these sessions myself?
A: We’re glad you ask! Absolutely, you can also sign up for these sessions. Participants range from high-level managers to professionals in IT, HR, learning and development, data science, and much more.
