What Is the Difference Between a Team Manager and a Company Admin Account?

Team Manager Account

  • Scope: Manages one or multiple teams.

  • Permissions:

    • Add and remove team members within their assigned teams.

    • Allocate and retract credits for their teams.

    • View and manage student progress and learning plans for their teams.

    • Resend onboarding invites to team members.

Company Admin Account

  • Scope: Oversees the entire company account.

  • Permissions:

    • Access and manage all teams within the company.

    • Add and remove team managers.

    • Allocate or retract credits across all teams.

    • Access company-wide reports and analytics.
