You received the email confirming the booking for your first session. What can you expect?
During Your First Session
Your first session is an assessment session that will last 45 minutes. During that time you and your teacher will:
👋Get to know each other
🧑💼Discuss your role and how English is relevant to your work
🏁Decide on your goals for the course and how you will achieve them
📚Take a tour of our platform and the Talaera Library
📝Do a sample activity to help the teacher gauge your strengths and weaknesses
After the session, your teacher will enter your Learning Plan in the system and you will be notified via email when it becomes available. You can view your Learning Plan by clicking on Show Learning Plan in the top right corner of your Dashboard.
Joining Your Talaera Session
To join the session, follow the next steps:
Use your user email and password to log in: https://app.talaera.com/
Scroll down until you see Upcoming Sessions
Click on Join Now (it will be blue when the session starts)
Test your connection and join your session!
