In this article, you will find everything you need to get started with your Business English training. First, you will receive an email inviting you to set up your account. When you click the link, you will be prompted to set your password, tell us about your role and learning reasons, as well as input your availability. Our teaching staff will review your needs and goals and select a dedicated teacher that we believe will be the most effective fit for you. Selecting the right teacher is perhaps one of the most important steps in the learning process. Once our team has identified the right teacher for you, you will receive an email with the booking confirmation for your first session which will be set according to your availability.

Usually, the Talaera team will book the first session for you based on the date options you provided. During your first session, you will get to know your teacher, discuss your goals, and work with your teacher to create a Learning Plan that will outline how to best achieve your goals. After the session, your teacher will enter your Learning Plan in the system and you will be notified via email when it becomes available. You can view your Learning Plan and sessions left by clicking either on Show Learning Plan in the top right corner of your Dashboard or on the gear (⚙️).

Once you log in, the main screen you will see is your Dashboard. On this page, you will find Assigned Exercises (if you have any), Upcoming Sessions, and Completed Sessions & Feedback.

From the menu at the top, you will be able to access your Homework, Catalog, Tools, your settings and Learning Plan (⚙️), and useful Help Articles.
